The Ace Payroll browser style interface makes extensive use of colour in help screens, entry dialogs, and some reports.
When printed to a colour printer, with a colour cartridge installed, all these screens print in colour.
If you have a black and white printer, or a colour printer with just a black cartridge installed, they print in black with no selection required by yourself.
Very occasionally clients using an HP Deskjet 600 printer get the error message
insert colour printer cartridge.
To fix the problem, set the printer to Print In GreyScale from the Windows printer settings dialog. In other words select Start , then
Settings , then Printers , then select the relevant printer with the Right Mouse Button
. Go to Properties then Details then Setup . Select
