Dear Kwikpay User,

Ace Payroll is New Zealand's best selling wages system with over 10,000 companies now using it to pay their staff. After hearing that your current supplier will soon stop supporting Kwikpay, we have decided to offer you the chance to use the Ace Payroll system.

What is being offered?

If you have a single user version of Kwikpay, we will upgrade you to Ace Payroll for no cost. Quite simply, we would like to see you using a payroll system that will cost you less in the long run, and be easier and more enjoyable for you to use.

We are aware that some other payroll suppliers offer "free" software. We also note that they want a cheque upfront for "support", and that the amount of this cheque depends on employee numbers.

We are not in the business of giving away free software. We are doing it on this occasion because we have heard there have been some problems with your current software, and would like to see you using software that will cause you no problems.

Yes, it is really free. If you would like to use Ace Payroll, we will send you a copy now at no cost.

What do you receive?

We will send you a full single user version of Ace Payroll and a 140 page user manual. You also receive a 6 month 0800 support contract.

Are there any ongoing costs?

As with most payroll systems, there is an ongoing cost. However, we believe our costs are fairer as we do not lock our clients into any one regime.

After your 6 months 0800 support has expired, you will receive a letter inviting you to renew your support contract. Our support contract costs $195 plus GST per year and covers unlimited 0800 support and any upgrades required throughout the year. There are no other costs.

If you do not want a support contract you do not have to have one. You will be placed on our casual support scheme. We will send you a letter whenever a major upgrade is released and whether or not you purchase it is your choice. Any support you require can be obtained from our 0900 helpdesk.

What if I have a multi-company version of Kwikpay?

The above offer is limited to people who just run one company on their Kwikpay system. If you have a multi user version of Kwikpay please call us so that we can discuss your needs and deliver a payroll system that suits your circumstances.
