Section 32 Powers of Labour Inspectors

Legislation

For the purposes of this Act, every Labour Inspector shall have, in addition to any powers conferred by this Act, all the powers that the Labour Inspector has under the [[Employment Contracts Act 1991]].]

This section was substituted for the original s. 32 by s. 6 of the Holidays Amendment Act 1990.

The reference to the Employment Contracts Act 1991 was substituted for a reference to the Labour Relations Act 1987 by s. 19 of the Holidays Amendment Act 1991.
