If your summaries print, but not the payslips, there could be some sort of printer issue causing this, but since the summaries printed, this is unlikely. The most likely answer is that all
your staff are on salary and you have previously chosen (perhaps accidentally) to not print payslips for salaried staff. Select
Print Payslips from the front menu and ensure Salaried is ticked.
The default is for this item to be ticked, and it was introduced after many clients requested a facility to suppress printing payslips for salaried staff.
If not ticket, payslips do not print for salaried staff. If all your staff are salaried, only the summaries print.
