Miscellaneous Report

The miscellaneous report is useful for finding specific employee details (ie : pay rates) for all your employees at once.

Select Reports then Miscellaneous. There are five different categories of information that this report can display - you can view one, some or all at the same time.

Personal - Shows the Postal Address, First Name, Surname, Occupation and Birth Date.

IRD and Payment - Shows the Start Date, Finish Date, Last Pay Date, IRD, Pay Frequency, Salary, Tax Code, How Paid and Department.

Bank Accounts - Shows all bank accounts that employees wages are direct credited to, and the usual amounts paid into each account.

Allowances - Shows all allowances loaded to each employee, and the usual amounts paid.

Hours & Rates - Shows all pay rates for each employee, as well as their hours for this week, and all hours worked since start date.

To use this report effectively, simply tick the categories you want showing up on the report and then click GO to generate the report.

How to check whether an employee does not have a bank account for direct credits loaded ...

From the Miscellaneous report ensure All Employees and Bank Accounts are both ticked. The report then shows every employee and their bank accounts. Any employee without an account has the words "No direct credit bank accounts loaded" next to their name so they can be easily spotted.
