Forms for terminated employee

The only reference to terminated employees in the IR335 Employers Guide is on page 28, and is reproduced below

Accordingly the only thing you do in Ace Payroll is enter the employee's finishing date. It is then reported to the IRD on either your printed or electronic monthly schedule.

Your employee may want a record of their earnings, in which case print an Earnings Certificate for them.
