Our help desk is sometimes asked by clients how to log on to the Ace Payroll web site.

We were uncertain whether to post this FAQ on our public site. Quite clearly if you are reading this, you already know how to log on.

We run this entire web site internally at Ace Payroll on our intranet, and when writing FAQ's we have a multiple audience, which includes anyone reading this on the internet, and our own help desk staff reading it on our intranet.

Rather than placing this FAQ in the private section of our intranet, we have made it public for your interest.

There are many ways to log on to our site, and we document them here in the order we think is easiest.

Method 1 - From the front screen of Ace Payroll

Our web address is shown in the logo on the front Ace Payroll screen. If necessary, click 'About' to display the logo.

Clicking the web address activates your default browser if necessary, then loads the Ace Payroll web site.

Method 2 - From the Ace Payroll Utilities Menu

Select Utilities, then Internet. A dialog is shown from which you can log on to either the Ace Payroll or IRD web sites.
