Pay Rate Setup

You can have a maximum of 20 pay rates loaded in Ace Payroll.

This helps with

  • Recording and reporting on hours worked each day if required.

  • Printing hours worked each day on the employee payslip.

  • Identifying and reporting on different types of work.



From the front screen select Setup then Company Defaults then Pay Rate Structure.

The following screen is shown



From the screen shown above you can add, modify or delete any of the pay rates by clicking over the relevant fields.
