At the new computer, install Ace Payroll using the last upgrade CD you received.
There is no need to load your original CD nor any upgrades. The last CD you
received contains the entire Ace Payroll program.
To ensure the full program is installed click the New Computer button on the fourth installer step, as circled below.
Once the Ace Payroll software is installed on the new computer, select Utilities then Restore From Backup.
Ensure the restore routine is pointed to the location of your backup data, if necessary by changing the setup.
After restoring the backup data, go to Setup then Register This Program.
Ace Payroll asks for a four digit Version Registration Code. This was sent to you with the upgrade CD you have just installed.
You are now finished. After following this procedure, we recommend looking at a
few reports such as a One Off Report or Summary to ensure your data has been restored.
