For an employee paid using the
Percentage Of Gross method, these steps increase an employee's annual leave entitlement from 8% to 10% a year. -
Remember that for staff receiving the minimum entitlement of 6% a year, the change is automatically handled by Ace Payroll. Do nothing, and the change to 8% a year is automatic. -
Remember also that for staff that were already receiving 8% a year, Ace Payroll also does nothing. The employee entitlement stays at 8% a year. -
These notes apply only to employers that paid their staff 8% a year before 1st April 2007, and now wish to increase the entitlement to 10% a year. -
Our research has indicated that less than 1% of employers intend to do this. | |
