Emailed Payslips - Employee Setup

For every employee who requires an emailed payslip, you must

  • enter the employee's email address.

  • and set the employee's Payslip Type field.

This can be done from either



From the front screen select Employee then Modify Employee Details. Select the employee, and type in their email address as shown.



After clicking the circled Payslip Type field, the following dialog is shown. Make the appropriate selection and click GO.



Save your changes, and the employee is set to recieve an emailed payslip.
