Employee IRD Number On Payslips
How do I show employee IRD numbers on payslips?
  • The employee tax code is shown on all payslips.

  • Setting this option also shows the employee IRD number.



From the Pay Calculation Menu on the front screen select Payslips , then select Setup. Scroll down to the last section of Payslip Setup options.



  • Activate the Show Employee IRD Number option by clicking either the cross, or the blue text, as circled above.

  • IRD numbers are now shown on all payslips.
